Add https://api.adalyst.app/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, sign in to Adalyst and approve access for your workspace. Claude can then use the Adalyst tools and data your workspace allows, and you can revoke it at any time.
Before you begin
- Your workspace has an active paid Adalyst subscription. AI tool access is not included in free trials.
- A workspace admin has selected Enable access in Settings, then MCP.
- Your Claude plan supports custom connectors.

Enable AI tools
A workspace admin opens Settings, then MCP, in Adalyst and selects Enable access.
Add a custom connector in Claude
In Claude's connector settings, add https://api.adalyst.app/mcp. Claude detects Adalyst's sign-in automatically.
Approve in Adalyst
Sign in if asked, choose the workspace and review the permissions: read your marketing data, draft and test campaigns, and publish changes to live campaigns.
Check the connection
Claude now appears in the list of connected tools in Settings, MCP, where you can revoke it at any time.
Questions
What can Claude access?
Only what your workspace allows and what you approved when connecting. Summary reads of your marketing data are on by default; reading individual CRM records and making campaign changes are separate settings a workspace admin controls. Turning a setting off also narrows existing connections immediately.
Why does Adalyst ask me to sign in again?
If you have not signed in within the last ten minutes, Adalyst asks you to sign in again before granting campaign testing or publishing permissions, then resumes the approval automatically.
Who can give Claude campaign permissions?
Only workspace admins. Other members can connect Claude with read access only.
How do I remove Claude's access?
Revoke it in Settings, MCP. Adalyst invalidates the grant on its side, so Claude's access stops on its next request rather than relying on Claude to discard its credentials.
Troubleshooting
- Claude says it cannot connect
- Check that AI tools are enabled for the workspace and that your subscription is active. AI tools are not available during a free trial.
